Service Police Interviews

We provide legal help and assistance to current and former personnel of the Royal Navy.

If you are arrested by service police they will wish to interview you. What you do or do not say in a Navy police interview can save or ruin your career. Failing to get legal advice could mean Court Martial, prison or dishonorable discharge.

We have extensive experience of representing navy personnel in Interview under Caution.

If you are interviewed by service police you are entitled to have a solicitors OF YOUR CHOICE to represent you FREE OF CHARGE.

YOUR RIGHTS IN A NAVY POLICE INTERVIEW

The Navy police may try and persuade you to use a solicitor of their choice to speed the interview process up.

You DO NOT need to accept this. You may seek an independent solicitor, unrelated to the forces, to represent you in the interview.

You can insist on this to ensure you are properly represented in your interview. It does not matter whether you are UK based, we are able to travel on SHORT NOTICE worldwide.

Interview-under-Caution is a complicated area of law, and the outcomes can be very important for your future career.

Asking for a solicitor is NOT an admission of wrongdoing at all, it is simply making sure that you are protected. We travel throughout the UK and around the world to look after our navy clients and to be present during their navy police interview.

We can get to where you are quickly and at short notice.

Call us anytime, day or night, for immediate legal help on 01452 720827 / 07977 597709.
